BOO Seattle takes over WaMu Theater on Friday 30 and Saturday 31 October 2026, 5pm to 1:30am each night, 18+. The world of BOO is a haunted mansion: the Grand Hall main stage, the Bassment for bass and dubstep, the Corridor for house and techno, and a silent disco in the Hidden Library.
The night starts in a cold, often wet Seattle queue and ends on a packed, hot arena floor. Coat check is $10 per night, so wear the costume for the floor and check a warm layer at the door.
Supernatural costumes fit the mansion perfectly. Witch costumes and UV skeleton costumes lead the way, with devils, vampires and classic horror, creature costumes and dark fantasy looks close behind.
BOO is strict on extras. Props of any kind, large chains, spiked jewellery and liquid makeup are not allowed in. A one-piece costume that tells the story on its own is the safest way through a TSA-style search. Glowing and illuminated costumes are allowed, so UV and neon prints are a smart pick.
Two nights means two looks. Pair a full costume one night with a Halloween rave outfit the next, built with cut-outs and breathable mesh for the busiest sets. Guys can start with men's Halloween costumes, and crews can coordinate with couples or group costumes to stay together between stages.
The haunted mansion's natural residents. Full-body witch prints carry the look with no hat or broom to fight through security.
UV-reactive bones glow under BOO's lights, and illuminated costumes are on the allowed list.
Sirens, zombies and things from the shadows. Printed costumes deliver the creature without masks or add-ons.
Red, black and bloodthirsty. Skip the pitchfork and fake stakes; BOO bans props of any kind.
Dark fairies, spiders and gothic romance for the Hidden Library crowd.
Cut-outs and mesh in Halloween prints for the Bassment and the Grand Hall at peak heat.
Matching voodoo dolls or a full coven: coordinated costumes keep your crew together across four stages.
Full-body costumes need the right fit for two long nights. Check sizing and order by 26 October for delivery before the weekend.
Outfit 1
All-over stitch print with a high neck and front zip. A creepy doll look that needs no props, which matters at BOO, where even dolls and stuffed toys are banned at the door. Take off the matching balaclava for the ID check.
Outfit 2
The men's match to the voodoo doll, with stitched-up print and a front zip. Pair it with the women's version for an easy couples costume.
Outfit 3
Purple and blue full-body witch print with long sleeves. The whole witch look in one piece, with no hat or broom to carry.
Outfit 4
Feather-print fairy costume with an open, laced front. Dark fantasy that runs cooler on a packed arena floor.
Outfit 5
Deep red and black vampire costume with a high neck and front zip. Bring the fangs, leave the fake stakes at home.
Outfit 6
Black and white spiderweb mesh in a full-body cut. A witchy, breathable choice for a hot, crowded room.
Outfit 7
Blood-splatter print with an open front and red lacing. Printed horror, so no liquid fake blood is needed.
Outfit 8
Dark, sleek nun costume with a high neck and front zip. A haunted-mansion classic that photographs well in moody light.
Outfit 9
Full-length catsuit with lace cut-outs and mesh panels. A rave-first look for the Bassment that stays on theme.
Outfit 10
UV-reactive wing pattern with a keyhole neckline and flare sleeves. Built to glow under BOO's stage lights.

BOO Seattle Outfit Planning
Both work, and two nights gives you room for one of each. One-piece costumes are the easiest way through a strict security check, while mesh and cut-out rave sets run cooler on a packed floor.
Matching voodoo dolls make an easy couples costume. Groups can go as a coven of witches, a crypt of skeletons or a mix of devils and vampires. Browse couples and group costumes.
Closed, broken-in shoes you can dance in for eight hours, with enough grip for wet Seattle pavements outside. Save brand-new boots for another night.
