SHIPPING ✈

It's coming, promise! We ship orders from Monday to Friday, during office hours, except for public holidays.

We always do our best to post your order(s) as quickly as possible. Once in a blue moon, there might be minor delays so your patience at these times is much appreciated!

It takes 3-7 business days after shipment for Europe and 6-13 business days for the rest of the world. It can take up longer due to international delay. Once it arrives into your country, you’ll also be able to track your parcel through your local postal service.

It might cost a bit more, but it will be at your doorstep in 1-4 working days once shipped. DHL usually deliver between 9am and 5pm and will require your  signature. If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a card with instructions on how to pick up your order.

Important: Parcels shipped via DHL Express cannot be delivered to a PO Box address.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Currently no other forms of payment are accepted.

Absolutely - nothing to be worried about.  We use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 256-bits (the highest level commercially available).

We offer our customers the option to view prices in a variety of currencies when browsing and purchasing through our site. Selectable currencies include AUD, USD, GBP, CAD, EURO, JPY and BGN. When a currency is selected, the price is shown in the chosen currency according to the most recent exchange rate. Please note that the currency conversion shown is only a guide and the actual currency conversion that will be charged by your chosen payment method may vary.

Devil Walking processes all orders in US Dollar.

ORDERS

Don't panic! It happens. Try reloading the page and if you are still unable to place your order, just email us at contact@devilwalking.com. We will find a solution as soon as possible.

Within one hour after you have submitted your order, you can change the contact details and/or size by simply emailing us the updates needed. Contact us at contact@devilwalking and include your order number and updates in the email. That's all!

Unfortunately we can't split or combine orders for you as our system won't allow this. Our warehouse ninjas aim to ship your order/s asap!

You haven't received it yet? Oh no! Why don't you check the order status again by:

1. Login to your Devil Walking account.
2. Clicking Track My Shipment next to the order status.
3. If you don't see Track My Shipment, your order is still processing!

In the meantime, we will also check what happened.
