RETURNS

As we all know, sometimes you get your brand your gear, put it on, and it just doesn't feel right. Oh no! Hey, don't panic! We will take care of it!
While exchanges are not our favorite, we offer a refund or a store credit for any items you wish to return on the following conditions:

> We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered to you.

> Items must be in original condition. The products are not worn, used, washed, or damaged: no makeup, animal fur, or cigarette smells. Items must be returned in new condition fit for resale. We are strict about it!

> Discounted, sale items and items purchased through promotional deals or coupon codes are returned for store credit only.

> Masks, neck gaiters, socks, sale items, custom-made, monogrammed, personalized, or altered products cannot be returned unless the good is faulty

> The original tags/labels/hygiene sticker(s) are attached

> You have completed the online Return Form to authorize your return.

We may refuse the return of any items that do not meet the requirements mentioned above. For more information, please read our Terms and Conditions.

EXCHANGES

We don't offer direct exchanges. However, there are two options that you can choose from:

1. You can make a new order for the item(s) and the size(s) you want. After that, you could ship back the item(s) that you don't want for a store credit or refund. You can check the rerun policy in the above section.

2. You could ship back the item(s) you don't want for store credit if you meet the requirements. You'll be issued store credit within 72 hours after the package is delivered to us, and it can be used to purchase anything on devilwalking.com. We'll email you once your credit is available.

FAULTY ITEMS

We are sorry about that! Please, contact our customer service within 5 days of receiving your order, If you believe you have received a faulty or damaged item. We will find the best options for repair, replacement, or refund. Make sure to include your order number and photos when contacting us.

RETURN FORM & PROCESS

Easy peasy! First, you have to complete the Return Form.

After that, the return process depends on your location.

Europe

You can choose from two options.

1. You can send the item(s) back to us by yourself.

Please include a note with your name and order number to ensure your return can be identified when it arrives. You must cover all postage costs for returns. We recommend using a trackable postage service to ensure that your gear is safely on its way to us! The products are your responsibility until they reach our office. DevilWalking is not responsible for any lost parcels being returned.

2. We will prepare the shipping back to us via DHL for $16. The carrier will pick up the package from your order address, and you can schedule it at a suitable time for you. You will receive an email from hello@devilwalking.com with detailed instructions. We will receive your return items in 2 days.

Rest of the World

We will prepare the shipping back to us via DHL for $19. The carrier will pick up the package from your order address, and you can schedule it at a suitable time for you. You will receive an email from hello@devilwalking.com with detailed instructions. It's not the cheapest return label, but it's super fast, easy and you won't have to visit the local Post Office.

REFUND & Store credit

REFUND METHODS

We will issue the refund using your original payment method or in the form of store credit. Unfortunately, once your return has been processed in our system, we cannot reverse the transaction and are therefore unable to offer an alternative method of reimbursement. Please consider if you would like a refund or store credit carefully when submitting your online return form.

PROCESSING TIME

Once we receive the gear, we will need 1-5 days for some quality checks. Once we are ready, you will receive an email notification to confirm if the return has been accepted.
Refunds may take a few days, depending on the payment method you have used.

HOW SHOULD I DISPOSE OF THE PACKAGING?

Your packaging can be recycled through any soft plastic recycling program – check to see what’s available in your local area.
