Get Freaky, Utah's Halloween music festival, runs Friday 23 to Sunday 25 October 2026 at The Great Saltair, 12408 W Saltair Dr, Magna. The 2026 theme is Neon Nightmare, and the event is 18+ with physical ID.
The Saltair sits right on the Great Salt Lake, and late-October nights drop to the low-to-mid 40s°F with wind off the water. Plan a glowing costume for inside and a warm layer for queues and the walk between stages.
Neon Nightmare is all about glow. UV-reactive skeleton costumes in chromatic, emerald and rosy prints light up under blacklight, while sci-fi and cyber costumes like Android Doll, Multichrome Skin and Xenomorph bring the futuristic horror.
For contrast, add gothic looks like spiderweb skirts and voodoo dolls, or a playful animal costume.
Skeleton sets come in women's and men's versions, so matching bones make easy couples costumes, and Exomorph, Alien Skin and Ruby Skeleton cover men's Halloween costumes. Get Freaky prohibits liquid makeup, weapons, totems, flagpoles and inflatables, so a bold printed Halloween rave outfit is the easiest way to go big.
