To track your order, please do the following:

1. Login to your Devil Walking account.

2. Click on the order you want to track.

3. Next to your fulfillment date, there is a link with the tracking number. If you don't see it, your order is still being processed.

Additionally, you’re gonna get an e-mail from us telling you that your order has been shipped. Inside that e-mail, you’ll find a link to track your order with.

Within one hour after you have submitted your order, you can change the contact details and/or size by simply emailing us the updates needed. Contact us at hello@devilwalking.com and include your order number and updates in the email. That’s all!

Just like modifying an order, canceling it is also available one hour after it has been placed. To cancel an order you’ve made in the past hour, just email us at hello@devilwalking.com.

After that 1 hour passes, we can’t cancel your order, but we could provide you with a store credit for the same amount if the order isn’t shipped.

The fabrics we use are imported from Italy, as the country is confirmed to deliver the highest possible quality on the market.

Nope! You haven’t found the same products. What you have stumbled upon are unauthorized replicas. They look good on the photos (since the images are probably downloaded from our website), but the prints are blurry, the fabrics are low-quality, and the inks fade after the first wash. Unfortunately, we can’t deal with all of the imitations, or at least not quickly enough.

Any items purchased during a Buy One Get One deal can be returned for store credit or a refund. Items purchased during a BOGO sale are viewed as pairs.

If both items or the whole order from a BOGO are returned at the same time, the full amount of the purchase will be refunded as an in-store credit or a refund to the original form of payment.

If you return one item or part of the order, then we will take into consideration the items you want to keep and what the initial price should have been for these items only.
