As we all know, sometimes you get your brand-new gear, put it on, and it just doesn't feel right. Oh no! Hey, don't panic! We will take care of it!
While exchanges are not our favorite, we offer a refund or store credit for any items you wish to return.

STEP 2: SEND IT
Package up the item/s you want to return. You can reuse the bag from Devil Walking but never use a box. We will prepare the shipping back to us via DHL or FedEx. The carrier will pick up the package from your order address, and you can schedule it at a suitable time. You will receive an email from hello@devilwalking.com with detailed instructions.

FAQ
HOW DOES THE FREE EXCHANGE WORK?
- You can apply for a free exchange for only one product or an order that doesn't exceed $80.
- You will receive a discount code equal to the value of the items you wish to exchange. It will be active for an order double the price of the amount of the code (if it is for $70, then the items in your cart should exceed $140).
- Place a new order using the discount code and add your desired products. After you add the code, the order amount will be $70. This way you won't have to send anything back to us, and you will receive an exchange of the items that don't fit.
HOW MUCH DOES THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?
The return label cost varies based on your location and the weight of your package:
- United States – from $19 USD
- Europe – from $16 USD
- United Kingdom – from $16 USD
- Rest of the World – from $19 USD
It’s not the cheapest return option — but it’s fast, convenient, and hassle-free.
You won’t need to visit the post office. The carrier picks up the package directly from your address, and you can schedule a pickup time that works for you.
CAN I RETURN THE GEAR IN A BOX?
No, as it may increase the shipping price. You can reuse the Devil Walking bag and ask the DHL carrier for a flyer. They are recyclable, and we will take care of it.
MAY I RETURN SOMETHING WITHOUT FILLING OUT THE RETURN FORM?
No, otherwise, we won't accept the return.
CAN I SHIP IT BACK MYSELF?
- Yes, if you are in the European Union. Once you fill out the return form, you will receive an email with our address.
- No, if you are outside the European Union. A return shipping label from DHL or FedEx is the most secure and fastest way to return the outfits.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR RETURNS TO BE PROCESSED?
Once we receive the gear, we will need 1-5 days for some quality checks. Once we are ready, you will receive an email notification to confirm if the return has been accepted.
Refunds may take a few business days to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
